In this activity, you need to find all the adverbs in a section of text.

Remember that not all adverbs end in the letters -ly. A good test to see whether a word is an adverb or not is to ask the question 'How?'.

For example:

Ben ran his race quickly.

How did Ben run his race?   Answer: quickly. So 'quickly' is an adverb.
