We can often turn statements into questions simply by changing the order of some of the words.
For example: It is raining. Your browser does not support the audio element.
If we change the order of the words, the statement becomes a question.
Is it raining?
Your browser does not support the audio element.
We also use a question mark to show that the sentence is a question.
We can change questions into statements too, like this:
Are you wearing that t-shirt today?
You are wearing that shirt today.
