Referring a friend is a great way to tell others about how EdPlace helps parents and children. With all offers, there are a few rules (or Terms and Conditions, but let’s not get too formal) so everyone plays fair. Here they are…
Eligibility
EdPlace subscribers can...
- Refer multiple friends — there’s no limit. Referred friends must be completely new to EdPlace. They can’t have signed up to EdPlace previously.
- Only have one account for referrals – sorry, you can’t refer yourself!
- Post the unique referral code on personal social media accounts, excluding any site that is contributed to or is owned by someone else (e.g. Wikipedia and coupon websites). Note: Search Engine Marketing (e.g. Adwords, Yahoo, or Bing) or the words ‘coupon’, ‘code’, ‘promo code’, ‘discount code’, ‘voucher code’ or ‘voucher’ must not be used to promote posts.
Referred friends can...
Join EdPlace as a referred friend if they’ve never subscribed to EdPlace previously. They can start referring their own friends as soon as they have an EdPlace account.

When referring friends, EdPlace subscribers...
- Get cash credit— a.k.a. £10.00 cash credit added to their account each time a referred friend fully subscribes to EdPlace. The cash credit will be applied when the referred friend moves onto a full subscription post 14 day trial period.
Referred friends…
- Get £10 off their first EdPlace subscription payment.
- Must use referee friend’s unique referral code at time of sign-up for the discount to be applied.
About your EdPlace referral cash credit…
- Use it as part or full payment for monthly or annual subscription payments.
- Thinking of sharing your cash credit? Unfortunately, it can’t be transferred from person to person.
- Your EdPlace referral cash credit is a credit applied to your EdPlace subscription account. It has no official monetary value and can’t be exchanged, transferred, redeemed, replaced or refunded for proper cash.
What if…
- A friend signs up for a trial but decides not to continue their subscription? Unfortunately no cash credit will be applied.
- I cancel my subscription and there is still cash credit on my account? Any leftover EdPlace cash credit will remain on the inactive account until reactivated. It can’t be redeemed for cash.
- Rules or incentives change or end? It’s not often, but this can happen. If it does, EdPlace will reflect the changes here.
- I have a question about my referrals? You can contact us at help@edplace. Any decisions made will be at EdPlace’s sole discretion.
- There`s a privacy is a concern? Rest easy — our Refer a Friend programme uses our website Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions so everyone’s completely safe.
