Use Prepositions to Describe Location

When describing places, we can add detail by describing the location of different objects within the scene.  We do this by using prepositions.

Some examples of prepositions are above, below, under, beside, in front of.  There are many more!

Let's use some prepositions to describe the scene in this picture:

The rug is on the floor.

The orange lampshade is above the bed.

The mug is next to a lamp
