Blending Sounds 1

In this worksheet, students practise blending sounds together to read words.

Worksheet Overview

If you want to read a word you can 'sound it out' to help you. This means saying the sounds the letters make and then putting them together.

Remember that sometimes two letters make one sound.

In this worksheet you can practise reading words by sounding them out.
