In this worksheet, students will be asked to recognise the multiples of a given number.

This activity is about selecting multiples of a number from a list.

 

Example

Select two numbers from the list that are multiples of 2.

75, 30, 21, 77, 92

 

Multiples of 2 are all the even numbers. Can you remember what an even number is?  It is any number that ends in a 0, 2, 4, 6 or 8.

 

Answer 

30 and 92 are multiples of 2 as these end in 0 and 2 and so are even.
