We are going to practise counting in each of these times tables.

What is the next number?

12  18  24  30  ?

We can see that the numbers are going up by 6, so we know it is the 6 times table.

30 + 6 = 36

The missing number is 36

What is the missing number?

27  36  45  ??  63  72

We can see that the numbers are going up by 9, so we know it is the 9 times table.

45 + 9 = 54

The missing number is 54

What times table is the number 49 in?

The number 49 is only in the 7 times table.

Now, have a go at some questions like these yourself.  Good luck!
