Our senses are what help us to understand and interact with the world we live in.

Each of our senses sends messages to our brain through receptor cells using our nervous system to deliver them.

Our five senses are sight, sound, smell, touch and taste.

Each sense is in a different part of our body.

Our eyes are used for seeing. 

Our ears are used for hearing. 

Our hands are used for touching and feeling. 

Our mouth and tongue are used for tasting. 

Our nose is used for smelling.
