Worksheet Overview

Have you ever thought about how all that yummy food makes its way through your body, and where it goes?

MMMmmm! Yummy!

Plate of food

Well, you probably know where some of it ends up!

But where does the rest of it go?

Why do we need to eat?

In this activity, you are going to learn about our digestive system.

This is what we call the area in our body that deals with all the food that goes into and out of our body.

Here's a diagram of what your digestive system looks like - have a look over it (don't worry - you don't need to know all the names ... yet!):

You'll need to use this diagram to help you answer the questions that follow.

You can see the diagram again any time by clicking on the pink button on the right-hand side of your screen.
