Identify Sentence Types

There are lots of different ways you can communicate with the reader through your writing. 

One of those ways is through sentence types. 

There are four main types of sentence which we will look at today. 

These are declarative, interrogative, imperative and exclamatory. 

Sentence types help structure your work - think of them as the building blocks for your sentences. 

In this activity, you will look at the sentence types and develop your skills in recognising and using them.
