Recognise Subject and Verb Agreement

In this worksheet, students will develop their skills in regular and irregular subject verb agreement.

Worksheet Overview

When you are writing, you had to make sure your work makes sense grammatically

Did you spot the error in that sentence?

It should have been 'you have to make sure'.

This is called subject verb agreement. It means the subject (thing) in the sentence has to agree with the verb (action).

In this activity, you will build your skills in recognising errors in subject verb agreement and how to correct them.
