Understand How to Write For Purpose

Every time you write something, there is a purpose. 

You could be writing a message, a list, an email or even a novel - it doesn't matter what it is, you have to have a purpose. 

The purpose is the reason for writing. Each different purpose means you need to use different words and phrases. 

In this activity, you will look at writing to complain and think about the language you would use to do this.
