Worksheet Overview

Being healthy means taking care of our bodies and minds so that we can feel good and be able do all the things we love.

Keeping clean is part of this - not just how we clean our toys and keep our rooms tidy, but we need to take care of ourselves too.

We can do this by doing these basic things.

Washing your hands - you should do this before eating, after going to the toilet, after playing outside and after coughing and sneezing.

Brushing your teeth - you should do this twice a day to keep your teeth healthy and your breath fresh.

Bathing or showering - you should do this regularly as it helps to wash away the dirt, sweat and germs from your body.

Keeping clothes clean - wearing clean fresh clothes helps you to stay fresh and comfortable. Clothes need to go in the washing machine to be cleaned.
