Worksheet Overview

Being healthy means taking care of our bodies and minds so that we can feel good and be able to do all the things we love.

There are different ways we can be healthy.

Eating healthy food - eating healthy food like fruit, vegetables, whole grains and proteins, gives your body the energy and nutrients it needs to grow strong and stay healthy.

Getting plenty of sleep - sleep helps your body to grow, repair itself and feel rested ready for the next day's adventures.
