Eating healthy food

Eating healthy food like fruit, vegetables, whole grains and proteins, gives your body the energy and nutrients it needs to grow strong and stay healthy.

Drinking water

Water keeps you hydrated, which means it helps your body to stay cool, your brain focused and your muscles to work properly.

Getting plenty of sleep

Sleep helps your body to grow, repair itself and feel rested ready for the next day's adventures.

Staying active

Being active means moving your body in fun ways like playing tag with your friends, riding your bike, dancing or playing sports. Being active helps your muscles to stay strong, your heart to stay healthy and your mind to stay happy.
